IKON CPP500 LCT Deinstallation

To remove the LCT (Large Capacity Tray) from an IKON CPP 500, first open the LCT panel as shown in the above photo. Locate the two sets of brass screws (where the arrows are in the picture below) and unscrew them with a Phillips head screwdriver.

If the LCT brackets need to come off, simply unscrew them from the main unit, keeping the screws, and make sure they come with the machine.

Should you also need to remove the finisher, you will also need the Phillips head screwdriver.

This should work for the Ikon CPP 550, Ikon BPP 550, Oce CS550, Konica Minolta bizhub pro C5500, Ikon CPP8050, HP Color 9850mfp, Konica Minolta Dialta Color CF5001, and Konica Minolta ColorForce 8050, Abdick CXP3000, and Konica Minolta bizhub pro C500.
