Ikon 8050 De-install

De-Installing a 8050 or CPP500

1. Turn off and unplug the machine.
2. On the back left side of the main unit locate & detach the connector plug.
3. Return to the front of the machine.
4. Open the front of the finisher.
5. Locate the large thumb screws at the top front right and top front bottom of the finisher.
6. Unscrew the thumb screws with a Phillips head screw driver or by hand (save the screws).
7. Slide the machine from back to front while not pulling away from the main unit.
8. Replace the thumb screws to the original hole on the main unit bracket.

Removing Finisher Trays

1. Locate the screws below the bottom tray (one on each side) unscrew and lift up on the tray.
2. Replace screws to same holes on finisher.

Should the Large Capactity Tray need deinstallation, you also need a Phillips head screwdriver.

This should work for the Ikon CPP 550, Ikon BPP 550, Oce CS550, Konica Minolta bizhub pro C5500, Ikon CPP8050, HP Color 9850mfp, Konica Minolta Dialta Color CF5001, and Konica Minolta ColorForce 8050.
