To replace the fuse, first turn off your machine. Open the panel on the right side of the machine.

Remove two Phillips head screws.

Lift this tab to open the panel. | Remove the waste toner cartridge from the blue part in the middle. |
Remove the Image Transfer Belt Unit by pulling on this plastic part. |
Place the Image Transfer Belt Unit on a clean surface. Completely covering your platen glass with clean paper is a good clean surface. Inspect the Belt for damage. If you see any nicks, creases or tears in the Image Transfer Belt, call your Konica Minolta service representative for a new Image Transfer Belt Unit. Near two electrical contacts is a small panel. Remove the screw indicated.
Remove the fuse and replace with a new 250V, 80 milliamp fuse. Before replacing the fuse, it might be good to check that the fuse is working.
Replace the fuse cover. Holding the Image Transfer Belt Unit by the black plastic part and the handle, and slide it back into the correct slot on the right side of the machine. Replace the waste toner cartridge and close the panel. Replace the two screws on the left side and close the panel.
Turn your machine on, and you should have a happy machine.

i have a konica minolta bizhub C220 which seems to have a damaged a transfer belt. it has only run 29,790 copies at 9.8%. Please advise on what the cause might be
